Situation
Quinso is an SAP partner, focusing primarily on manufacturing and wholesale industries. Quinso consists of a team of highly experienced SAP consultants with years of experience and industry-specific process knowledge. By combining this with SAP knowledge in the broadest sense of the word, Quinso is able to offer highest-quality consultancy. Total solutions in the area of SAP software in the production and wholesale industry is where Quinso excels. A partnership with Orbis in Germany makes them a strong player both nationally and internationally. This enables Quinso to optimally serve customers in the Netherlands and abroad.
Challenge
BR-ND People was asked to support Quinso with the joint development of an evolved corporate story in alignment with a revived brand expression. Specific attention was given to making the story really authentic and refraining from greenwashing or anything overpromising.
Result
We involved and engaged all co-workers of Quinso during various off- and online interventions. Many were interviewed and participated in online surveys to understand their motivations and how they see the market and company evolve. We interviewed their leadership team and shareholders, including Orbis in Germany. During creative sessions with a cross-section of the company, we identified the carriers of the story, and jointly we crafted the appropriate narrative and design.
Specific attention was given to where the strategy is seen as a continuation of the past and where the company will go new ways.
On a corporate purpose in the field of social and ecological sustainability, a lot of thought was given, and meanwhile, new exciting perspectives and challenges are opening up.
