Publyon: passing the torch to a new future
The challenge
There is a special moment in the life of an organization when the founders pass the torch—a moment full of respect for the past and energy for the future. This was the starting point for the consultancies Dröge & van Drimmelen and Dr2. A new leadership team felt the calling to join forces, to transform a network of successful agencies into one unified brand, ready to innovate for a more sustainable world.
Our journey together
The question was fundamental: do we remain a group of experts, or become one integrated team? In an intensive, science-based and playful co-creative journey using our 23plusone emotive methodology, we helped the new leadership find their shared purpose. From there, we built a new identity, human by human, shaping the name, style, and communication to bring this major transformation to life.
The transformation
The result is Publyon, a new brand launched in March 2023, dedicated to creating positive change in society. The old brand names have been replaced by one powerful, international identity. The name and tagline ‘Beyond Public Affairs’ perfectly capture their ambition to make a lasting impact. More than a new name, it is the promise of a new generation united in a shared mission. This is where purpose meets performance.
