Founder of BR-ND People
Meet Kim Cramer, our proud founder and impact transformer.
“People, companies and brands inspire me with ideas challenging the generally accepted norm.
One of my personal motives for starting BR-ND People was to set up a pioneering agency that puts humanity at the heart of the business.
I want to make a difference in how people interact with each other and their environment, starting with my own agency. How do we interact with those who are important to us? How do we treat our home planet? I want to use my talents and knowledge and share them to make the world a better place.
With BR-ND People, I use them to help organizations with brand and culture development for positive impact. Happy, committed employees are essential in this. BR-ND People, B Corp since 2018, helps organizations with the soft side of change. How do you make your organizational strategy clear, inspiring, and activating so that employees and other relevant stakeholders know what the intention is, want to and can help achieve the goal? A process in which you co-create your brand story together with the organization stimulates connection and positive action. The people are the brand.”
