Oncomid: united for the best cancer care

The challenge

When faced with cancer, you want only one thing: the very best care. But what if that expertise isn't found within a single hospital, but is spread across an entire region? This was the driving force behind a unique collaboration in Central Netherlands. Several hospitals felt the calling to join forces, to create a network that gives every patient the assurance of the best possible care, regardless of where they are treated. The challenge was to give this network a unified name, story, and identity.

Our journey together

A network that revolves around people must be built by people. Our process was one of deep listening and co-creation. In a series of science-based and playful sessions, using our 23plusone emotive methodology, we brought everyone to the table: patients, medical specialists, and staff from all participating hospitals. Human by human, we uncovered the shared purpose and built a brand that was formed from within.

The transformation

The result is Oncomid, a brand that carries a powerful promise. It is the tangible name and face of an ambitious medical network that innovates, shares knowledge, and conducts joint research. More than a logo, it is the assurance for patients that an entire team of specialists is working together for them—a brand that radiates trust and progress. This is where purpose meets performance.
