Our journey together

In a series of science-based and playful co-creation sessions using our 23plusone emotive methodology, we brought people together from every corner of the organization; from care professionals to the board, from support staff to the client council. Human by human, team by team, we listened to the lived experiences and dreams that would become the heart of their new narrative. By crafting the story from the ground up, we ensured it was authentically theirs.
