How to raise a concern

We offer multiple channels for raising concerns:

What you can expect

When you raise a concern, we will:

  1. Acknowledge receipt

    • Confirm receipt of your grievance within 2 business days

  2. Investigation process

    • Assess your concern

    • Appoint somebody to further investigate your concern

    • Maintain confidentiality throughout the process

    • Keep you informed of progress at regular intervals

    • Aim to resolve your grievance within 30 days

  3. Resolution and communication

    • Provide you with a clear explanation of findings

    • Outline any actions taken or planned

    • If we cannot address your grievance, we'll explain why

    • Seek your feedback on the resolution process

Protection against retaliation

We strictly prohibit any form of retaliation against individuals who raise concerns in good faith:

  • All reports are treated confidentially

  • Your identity is protected unless disclosure is required by law

  • We maintain secure records of all complaints and investigations

  • You can report any retaliatory behaviour through the same channels

For suppliers and external stakeholders

Our suppliers and external stakeholders can:

  • Use any of the above channels to raise concerns

  • Reference our Code of Ethics for specific requirements

  • Expect the same level of protection and response as internal stakeholders

Continuous improvement

We regularly review and update our grievance mechanism based on feedback and experiences. Your input helps us build a better workplace for everyone.
