Code of Ethics
We comply with law & regulations
Privacy: we respect the privacy of our stakeholders and take good care of their data
Taxes: we celebrate paying taxes as it is our basic and simple way to contribute to society.
As we build friendly relations with our clients and suppliers, we are extra careful not to accept nor offer any form of bribery
We are honest & transparent
We do not lie
We are open about our way of working, tariffs, pricing et cetera
We use easy language that everyone understands, especially when it comes to contracts, agreements and other starting points of collaboration
We look at our stakeholders as friends and communicate openly, even if the message is negative or uncomfortable
The one thing we keep secret is strategic information of our clients (if asked, we’re willing to sign an NDA)
We carefully and decently deal with any complaints our stakeholders might have and are committed to solve any problem concerning relations, communications, and quality of our delivery
Whistleblower policy
If you have questions about this Code of Ethics or if you believe we are not acting in compliance with this policy or with the law, please reach out to Kim or Alexander! And here you find a link to our whistleblower policy.
Equality & diversity
We believe every human being is equal and unique at the same time
We do not discriminate
We promote diversity
Everyone is welcome in our office and network, and although we love to work with like-minded people, we know that different ways of looking at the world is valuable for the improvement of equality, creativity, business and society at large
We buy consciously
We always investigate who our suppliers are and what they stand for, where products and services come from, how they are sourced, and what values underlie them
We track the diversity of ownership among suppliers and give preferences to suppliers with ownership from underrepresented populations
We preferably buy sustainable local products and services
Mobility
If possible, we walk or bike from A to B and back. And we love efficient public transportation. We try to minimize mobility powered by combustion engines, but sometimes we simply have to.
We commit to the standards of B Corp, support the UN Global Compact and the 17 SDG’s and pledge to give back 1% of our resources. Furthermore, we inspire others by spreading the gospel and facilitate clients to make choices about their contribution. We make sure our suppliers, clients and partners are aware of our Code of Ethics, and we actively ask for theirs.
