Let’s play equal

Many organizations recognize the importance of creating a diverse and inclusive environment where all employees can be themselves. But while JEDI (justice, equity, diversity and inclusion) is discussed more often, only 27% of organizations in the Netherlands have a diversity and inclusion policy*. Gender, mental health, cultural background and level of education: traits you can't always influence often weigh into the opportunities you get (or don't get). To accelerate the much-needed transition to equality in the workplace, we joined forces with fellow B Corps, Blyde, Greenjobs.nl and Misteli creative agency to create a taboo-breaking board game that facilitates sometimes uncomfortable but oh-so-important conversations: Let's play equal - The most unfair game in the world.
